Description:

With more than two-decade experience in panel sanding, we know very well of the requirement. We have kept all aspects in mind and develop a good balance between performance and value product for this field - WEEM 1126 SIC Y-CLOTH ABRASIVE. It is built with fast cut silicon carbide gain, resin over resin, close coated on durable, and stiffness Y-wt waterproof polyester backing. It offers good performance on MDFs, particleboards, plywood, man-made board, etc, while remaining at a good value to the user.

Silicon carbide is a very hard and crystal structure that produces a fine straight-edged grind line. It is superior for its ability to penetrate with light cutting pressures. SiC is primarily used for grinding nonferrous materials such as brass, copper, bronze, and wood, glass, rubber, and plastics. It is also used to finish polyurethanes, primers, lacquers, and sealers.

A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasives cutting points per square inch and results in a higher stock removal rate and a long time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish.
