Description:

WEEM 3126 material is use Zirconia gains mix with Silicon Carbdie grains. Why we use this mixture? Becasue it is special desgin for wood working use, combining the 2 type of abrasives' advantage. Zirconia, ZA, is recognized by its blue color. A rugged synthetic abrasive that is best suited to stock removal applications. The heavy duty structure requires heavier pressure to break down the self-sharpening grains, which work diferently to other abrasive. While working, Zirconia abrasive will continue to break out new sharpness as others while working will run out its sharpness. This abrasive can last up to 5 times longer than aluminum oxide on tough applications. Silicon Carbide, Sic is known by its crystalize structure, and its hardness. As abrasive grain, Sic is sharp and fast cut on wood application.

By mixing with this two abraisve gains, we make WEEM 3126 Zirconia sanding belt sharper and last longer than tradditional product, and still at a reasonable price.

WEEM 3126 wide belt have been anti-static treated to elonger its lifetime. Also by using durable Y weight waterproof polyester backing provid insurance on working stability. A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch and results in higher stock removal rate and longer time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish. We use this WEEM 3126 make into wide sanding belt for wide sander. It offers better grinding then Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide sanding gain, and last longer.
